Draft Survey

Since 2,5% is the permissible Scale Error by the Brazilian Customs, the Ship Operator/Buyer of Commodities run a serious risk of having to settle Claims/Overpay due to discrepancies in Cargo Quantity at the Discharge Port. The importance of the Master being able to Remark the B/L and Mate´s Receipts with the support of an Independent Draft Survey Report, can never be overemphasized.

Bunker Survey

For On/Off Hire Bunker Surveys, we act as Bunker Detectives. In any Survey of Quantity, be it Bunker or Cargo, there is not an Absolute truth, but the Nearest to truth. The distance between the Nearest to Absolute can be either way. The right way depends on the side we are defending. A 20T difference in Cargo has little significance but with Bunker, it becomes significant.
The expertise of Information Technology of a Hacker and an IT Security Specialist has no difference, except that they are playing on different sides. By hiring us as Bunker Detectives, you will be hiring the Hackers with real experience in hiding Oil on board, now to Detect Oil for you in the role of Bunker Detectives.
