For the Fine Cut

Port Captain/Supercargo:

Our specialty is in Planning and Supervising Loading Operations of Unitized Break Bulk Cargo, Project Cargo, General Cargo, Mixing all above with small Bulk packages to maximize Intake for Liner and COA Terms.

For Unitized Break Bulk Cargo, we endeavor to Maximize Tier Capacity to minimize Lashing requirements and yet achieve minimal Cargo Damage Claims.

For Project Cargo, our Volume Occupancy has always been less than Computer Generated Plans, varying from 20% to as much as 45% less. To achieve this we take measurements at Warehouses, prior berthing.

We finalize Loading in sequence at different Ports, with Even Keel or a maximum of 5 cm Positive Trim, and ensure Draft Restrictions are met for any Canal Crossings or for Ship´s Load Lines. Every Port´s Draft Restrictions are complied with Master´s UKC directives.

Supervision is carried out in tandem with Stevedoring agents, Terminal Operators and/or Stevedore Foremen, with whom we are fluent in Local Language – Brazilian Portuguese.

We are at ease with Nationalities from all the continents, which gives us an edge to create synergy on board the ship. And being fluent and amicable with the Local Counterparts, we achieve more than 97,5% in Execution over Planned Perfection, where Quantity remains a constant.

Working with us, over a period of one year, we can assure that there will be significant increase in your Liner/COA performance, and to our experience, it has been within a range of 15 to 30%, combining Increased Lift per Voyage, Minimized Cargo Securing and Cargo Claims.
